When I started losing my hair I tried various things to fix the problem. Some were useful, some were not so useful, and some I don’t know if they were useful or not because I was trying various things in conjunction with each other.

I honestly think the most important natural things, in order (mostly) are: eating lots of raw fruit and vegetables, having superfood smoothies, and ensuring I got LOTS of greens every day, exercise (the usual kind, preferably outdoors in the fresh air), head massage, followed by meditation and stress relief.
I also tried Provillus, which I used in conjunction with all the other changes I was making in my life. Do I think it worked? Well, it’s hard to say! Now, if people ask me what to do about their hair, I always recommend the basics as well as Provillus. I think it’s important to consider lifestyle when looking into reasons for hair loss.
